THE JOB:

these:

* Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails
from users regarding
* Helping seller in the sales process(account management) and buys if
quiestions to ticket etc
* Customer Service ? provide e-mail and phone support to our
customers to the required standard which ensures a good balance
between productivity and quality
* Ability to liaise with other departments as necessary
* Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through
the appropriate forum

* Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the
world

Any other tasks as required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in
English.

At least 6 months experience in the IT and tech support
industry.&#**Apply on the website**;Sales skill and experience of
Retail is an advantage.

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling
skills.&#**Apply on the website**;Good learning pace within IT
systems, Basic knowledge to Microsoft office package

Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship
building skills.

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks,
and you have excellent communication skills and can express your
thoughts clearly and concisely
